What does this mean for me? It means:
- at least 800 calories a day less than I would normally eat (I won't starve - I think I currently eat about 800 calories a day too much!)
- training 6 times a week
- putting considerable more thought and planning into meals, schedules, and time spent at home during the week than I currently do
- my husband, Josh, will probably become slightly terrified at the exercise-obsessed creature I'll turn into.
A colleague of mine, who is doing the program with me and has done it before, told me that Michelle Bridges says that if you get past the first 5 weeks, you'll cruise through the rest. Let's hope I have the stamina!
